Flat beds are a kind of bedding, widely used in corporate staff dormitories, campus student flats and other places. In the early days, the beds were generally made of bunk beds, mainly made of welded steel pipes, angles and iron sheets. The overall texture and comfort of the product was poor. With the gradual improvement of people's living standards, apart from the widely used bunk beds, flat bed manufacturers have also started to produce ladder-type flat beds with only the upper bunk, with the original lower bunk replaced by a desk, locker or wardrobe. The above structure provides a restrictive effect and prevents the support tube from moving upwards. The mounting holes are inverted trapezoidal in shape. By means of the above structure, it is ensured that the support tube is clamped tighter and tighter. The headboard comprises a wooden core board and a rolled edge injected in one piece on the circumferential edge of the wooden core board, the lugs being formed in one piece with the rolled edge. By means of the above structure, the appearance of the headboard can be improved. The inner side of the column is provided with an inwardly extending positioning support, and the inner ends of the headboard are provided with reinforcement tabs which are bolted to the positioning support. The outer ends of the headboard are provided with positioning slots, and the positioning support is provided with a raised structure that fits into the positioning slots.
